At Casa Santuario, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the villa’s availability is respected.
1. Standard Cancellations
60 days or more before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
30–59 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund will be issued.
2. No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.
3. Early Departure
No refunds are provided for unused nights or early departures once the stay has begun.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), Casa Santuario reserves the right to provide a credit voucher or reschedule the stay, subject to availability.
5. Modifications
Date changes may be accommodated depending on availability. Additional charges may apply if the new dates fall under a higher rate season.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer).
